"I just used Henderson Heating & Cooling to get a bid to get their assessment on how would I was the price of a project and how much it would cost, what they would do and what their recommendations would be. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price as it was little bit overpriced. Some other things that I figured out with my own personal knowledge I thought that they would hopefully catch with their eye and let me know that some of the things were wrong and probably needed to be fixed but they didn’t catch. So I didn’t go with them for that reason."

"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Don patched up the furnace on initial visit so we could keep house at a safe temp while prepping for total unit replacement. Don was very knowledgeable in explaining the latest technology in HVAC replacement and also utilizing available rebates from electric company. New unit is unbelievable how much less it costs to run and it can make our summer home a meat locker on the hottest day, fast. On time work, very respectful of our home and just an all around “good person”. Really liked Don and his work, will definitely use him again."
