Ken arrived at the pre-determined time and was very professional. After his team moved the light furniture exposing the carpet entirely; Ken was able to show all stains (including ones not visible to the naked eye). Ken offer additional services that would best treat the stains. I declined the additional services, not due to the price but to the age of the carpet and our dog. His team was thorough and I saw immediate results; however I needed the carpet to dry for a day before I could fully assess the cleaning. Spectacular job and I would recommend Ken and his team.
