"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

"I had a problem with my AC system so I requested a repair quote from another company on homeadvisor. The repair tech came and looked at my system and told me I needed a new air handler motor, control board, thermostat wiring, heat pump reversing valve and replacing all freon to do repair. He said it would be several thousand dollars to fix and recommended I replace both units at a cost of $16000. I then called One Hour to give me a quote on replacing units. Dave Cruse came promptly and after looking at my system felt it did not need replacing. He even arranged for one of his service techs to give me a free quote on repairing the system.
