I've had a couple of occasions where I got dangerously close to empty and they were very responsive about coming out, getting it taking care of, and filling the tanks up. I pre-buy in bulk and it tends to have an affect on the price because propane is priced differently. The more you use and the more applications you have for it the cheaper the price gets. It's not like it is with heating oil because that's priced per gallon no matter what and propane tends to be a little different. They're price is competitive, but a lot of that is market driven and it's really hard for them to really adjust too much. It's not like they have a great deal of control over it.
