"Nate, the Gorjanc technician, diagnosed the problem on our 26 year old air conditioner and replaced the transformer and wiring to correct the problem. Ten days later, another problem cropped up and Gorjanc sent Joanathon to diagnose the new issue at no charge. Rather than putting more money into an old unit, we are looking to replace the unit. Gorjanc subsequently provided a quote for the replacement which we are currently considering.
