"It was excellent. They gave me a bid and it was excellent. They had to install a new furnace flue because of the conflicting unit with the existing gas water heater. That was quite an extensive job because of the gable on the high-pitched roof we have on the house. They were excellent in getting up there to do everything they needed to do. They installed the unit in one day and took out the old unit. I was very satisfied with their service and the price and their follow up. I would absolutely use them again."

"They lit the pilot light, but didn't replace the gas line (though we didn't know this was an issue until consulting another firm). They told us that they didn't have adequate parts to install a pilot relight system and that for the safety of our tenants needed to replace the furnace system entirely with a new one. I think the service was good, but this is why I wouldn't recommend them. We have since switched to another firm (Air Rite) that had all the necessary parts and was able to fix the full system without requiring a new furnance. They installed equipment that would prevent gas from leaking if the pilot light went out and fixed the underlying problem with the gas line. I found them much more affordable and straight-forward."
