He took the time to check out the issue and when he found out that it wasn;t a water line break, he recommended to have another professional services (-A/C) to have a look at it. He didn't push for doing any unnecessary repairs. He even explained to me how to find out if the source of the leak is coming from a water line, Most importantly, he respected the homeowner's cultural practice(s) by removing his shoes before going inside the house-BIG bonus points. "I called Best Electrical company after having 2 other electrical companies come out to try to fix my electrical problem with my AC. the previous 2 companies either didn't know what to do or they were bad electricians. I called Best Electrical Company and the person who answered the phone was kind and courteous. She booked my appointment for the next day and the technician even called me when he was about an hour away from arriving. After he found want the problem was, the technician (Kyle) gave me a price to fix what needed to be done. I agreed to the price. He then went to his supplier down the street and came back and had my AC working within 1 hour.

"Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. 
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.
