"I have always had good experiences with this company. Back at the end of august i was moving into central fl and when i came to do a walkthru of my new house the AC unit was not working right. Even though it was a Sunday, Premier Heating and Cooling had someone at my home within an hour and installed a new AC unit the next morning. Yesterday i turned my heat on for the first time and the whole unit shut off. I called this morning and they had Joe a senior AC tech before 9am. "Perfect! The AC quit on a Friday evening. I called Ellington expecting a recording or answering service, but got a live person. They scheduled a call Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and the Tech showed up on time. Couldn't repair as a part was needed, but said he would look for a temporary fix and returned Sunday morning and fixed it. Ordered the new replacement part on Tuesday and made permanent repair on Thursday. I'm 77 years old and I've never dealt with a more professional company then Cocoa's Ellington Air conditioning service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The entire experience with Emery went extremely well. I called them at 6 PM on Father's Day night not expecting a call back. Was I surprised when they called back within 15 minutes. The gentleman I spoke gave me some simple checks to do on the system while he held on the phone such as check the fuse box to be sure the circuit breakers had not blown both for the interior and exterior units, etc. After the checks that only took a few minutes he told me that he would be over shortly. Surprise No. 2. He left home on Father's Day night and as I found later he left his two young children to make the service call. What an advantage using a family owned and operated firm. 
I would like to mention that Emery was my low bidder and installer on a new air conditioning unit I bought from them in November 
 2010. Since that time I have had absolutely no problem with the unit until last night which was not the units or Emery's fault. It was on my monthly home maintenance list to change the filter and check the drain monthly which I forgot to do last month. 
 Mr. Emory, one of two brothers who own the business, was the one who made the call. I have used many Air Conditioner repair firms in the Cocoa area over the years and can say very confidently that they are far and away the best  I have dealt with. Caring, knowledgeable, affordable, clean, true to their word, just nice people. You will not go wrong contacting them for your home or business air conditioning requirements. 
I am still thinking about them coming out on a Sunday Father's Day night to help me stay cool . Almost unheard of in this day and age of the customer not getting the service that he pays for and deserves. Thank you Emery family.

"Although I was aware of Kabran Air Conditioning and Heating for many years because family members and friends recommended the company, I previously used other A/C companies because I wanted only TRANE systems. Disappointed with the longevity of my last TRANE system, I decided to consider Carrier and other brands. Kabran was not the least expensive quote, but their pricing was reasonable and they seemed concerned with selecting the most appropriate (not necessarily most expensive) equipment for my needs. I went with them primarily because of their reputation and the pleasant, customer oriented communication I had with everyone in their office. My job was complex, involving duct repair, long supply lines, and humidity control. I waited over 6 months to write this review because I wanted to make sure the installed equipment actually worked well in the hottest summer months, the humid fall, and the cooler winter. My experience with Kabran and the Carrier system has been excellent. Kabran personnel are professional, courteous, and competent. They arrived as scheduled and properly completed the complex installation. They successfully trouble shot limitations/challenges posed by my home and did not charge me extra for unanticipated costs. There were a few punch list items that they quickly and happily came back to fix. The system has worked beautifully on the hottest days and coldest days so far and humidity control has been excellent. I recently discovered a damper in my system only used during winter months was not working. This was months after the installation. They quickly came, evaluated the situation and performed the repairs at no charge. In summary, Kabran Air Conditioning and Heating is an honest, experienced, and competent HVAC company characterized by high quality work at reasonable prices with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. They truly deserve the excellent reputation they have in Brevard County and I recommend them without hesitation."
