I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. This inspection took over an hour, included monitoring heat output from various points from the furnace and the technician discovered that the two-stage furnace had never been set up for two stages so he set the furnace up properly. "Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future. Overall, the visit lasted about 90 minutes and the repair cost was (luckily) minimal. Our home was back to feeling cool within 36 hours (after 48 hours of no relief from the heat).
