The only quibble I have was the bed of rocks around the old water line got all mixed in with the soil when the trenches were dug. And now are at the surface of my lawn. Picking them out as the soil slowly settles and exposes them. Or where the grass seed fails to germinate. Prompt replies to questions and explanations of how the work would be completed."

During installation of my new AC system the technicians were curtious, respectful, and always explained what they were doing. After installation we were given instructions for operating the system and I was appreciative of that. After a few months a part of the system failed. They responded quickly though, ordered the part and replaced it in a timely manor. The technician Alex, who repaired my unit worked diligently into the evening (in my hot attic!) to make sure my system was up and running before he left. He was curtious, respectful, and personable. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."

"Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.
