"AWESOME! Dan sent me a price (well below competitors) same day I contacted him on a comparable window. On installation day, his team showed up and got right to work. Before starting, they put tarps over my stuff and vacuumed when they were done! The window, superb quality of the installation and overall level of professionalism way exceeded my expectations! "The installation of the windows was a little sloppy. The door installation took too long, 2 days separated by 2 weeks. Responsiveness to our concern to get the work done on time we’re not satisfactory. There were some employees absent due to sickness. Although I understand it is not my responsibility to make sure the work gets done. We had to park outside the garage because the doors were stored there waiting for installation to continue."

"We use Jaime for everything now, for new work and to fix others' mistakes. Had Jaime remove attic ladder that was installed improperly and install new. Also had him set up a model railroading plywood top, custom fit in basement."

"Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Had Stanek windows and patio door installed approx. 15 years ago. Patio door was getting a little difficult to slide open and close. Called Stanek, they sent technician, Cory, out and within 30 minutes he had door operating good as new. Our Stanek windows are great and good as new."

"Outstanding service.  Mike provided a thorough, accurate, and professional estimate. Mike was very detail-oriented and made suggestions when needed.  Mike was always polite, never pushy, and on-time during the sales process.  While the materials were being manufactured, Mike kept me in the loop with the availability of the doors.  When it came time for installation, Mike's staff was excellent.  The work was performed admirably, with precision, and focus on the details, while still completing the work in a timely fashion.  The work went smoothly, and the installer was top-notch.  The installer pointed out a minor defect with one of the doors from the vendor.  Mike was able to work with the vendor to remedy the issue, which was extremely helpful.  The issue was not because of the installation, and Mike readily helped fix the issue (which he didn't have to do).  The finished product was exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier, and overall, from start-finish I'm glad I chose Mike.  A great product, superior service, with excellent and quality work.  I would recommend them, and will be using them for projects in the near future.

Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. "We vetted 3 contractors all from Angie's List. Danny came prepared with pictures of previous work. He listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas as well. The master bath was taken down to studs. Several design issues were resolved (always interesting to see what previous contractors did) which we were glad to have fixed. We made some changes to our original plan when my wife thought of making a small closet area into a makeup station. What we lost in storage from this converted closet, we gained when Danny installed a large cabinet where an old shower stall was. My wife is very happy to have her make-up area. Also, the in-floor heating system really helps on cold mornings.
At the same time that our bathroom was being remodeled, we were also remodeling our master bedroom. Danny was able to repair drywall over a large part of 1 wall as well as settling cracks on our ceiling. We also had him install new closet sliders and laminate flooring in this room.
