And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."

"The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"It went great! Vernon did an excellent job of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. He also made some improvements to my aging duct work to improve airflow. The results have been fantastic. A bedroom that used to require its own window unit to stay cool is now ice cold in the summer with the central air. "The Owner, Robert, promptly met with us to evaluate and provide and estimate for the Job and outbid estimates from 4 other companies.  His crew showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m., introduced themselves and began prepping for work.  Robert showed up shortly thereafter to supervise and reiterate the job assignment.  The crew of about 5 gentlemen excavated only a necessary portion of our front lawn and strategically maintained our bushes and garden that sat above a portion of the water main line. They installed a brand new copper line through our basement wall replacing the old line that ran through the floor.  The interior looks much better cosmetically. The crew took care to level out the soil on the lawn, plant grass seeds, and covered the excavated area with a straw screen. Everyone was courteous and cleaned up well.  Robert was very helpful in offering advice on other plumbing related "do it yourself" projects, when asked, without trying to use it as an opportunity to sell more of his services.  The job was completed in approximately 4 hours.  I was impressed overall and most importantly my wife was pleased with the results.  Thanks Rob and the crew!

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. The work was done in a timely manner and we have been completely satisfied. We would definitely hire B A R Appliances again for our HVAC needs."
