Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. "Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"These guys were professional and prompt. They answered all my questions and explained everything step by step. No question was dumbed to them. I hired them because my air condition was not blowing cold. They found a leak and we were losing refrigerant. Could have been repaired and refrigerant replaced but my system used an outdated refrigerant and pricey. Strive for Service installed a new Goodman air conditioning compressor and coil. Everything was great and the price was reasonable and I checked. I I I Will definitely hire again!"

On time, professional, knowledgeable, and his team is a reflection of this as well. They were always on time, on schedule, clean, and very personable. They finished our job a little early, and during the first heat wave just about week or two ago, our house never felt better. Great service, quality, and pricing. "Joel and his assistant Terrence were very efficient and respectful professionals. We were informed about the entire procedure to clean our air ducts before they started and how long it would take. They arrived before our appointment time ready to work. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job and Joel was even kind enough to show some recorded footage of the before and after look in our vents. After completing this job, Joel came back to our house, replaced and re routed our dryer line to help us dry faster and safer. Before he fixed it, our dryer line was clogged, dented and about 25% efficient. Thanks to Joel, our dry time has increased dramatically. We would definitely use them again. Keystone Duct Cleaning is excellent!

The sales representative did a great job of giving us options and explaining the differences. Once we decided what we wanted the process was handled very efficiently.  While the sales representative came to our house and was always available by phone, we also liked the way Omni used the internet to simplify payments and appointment scheduling.  Very efficient and easy.

The work was done on time, at the quoted cost and very well.  The installers were very professional and competent.  They started and completed their work as scheduled and thoroughly tested the unit.  I especially recognized their attention to detail in running of pipes, installation of wiring and the duct work needed to connect the new air handler into existing duct work.  Overall I rate Omni excellent for quality.
