I?ve even had to call NJ Natural Gas more than once because AJ Perri couldn?t resolve their own installation issues. Their so-called ?Exceptional Service Guarantee? is complete bullshit. Right now, I once again have no hot water?which their own website clearly states is considered an emergency with service promised within hours. Instead, I?m being told they have no technicians available and I have to wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I?m left worrying about frozen pipes and further damage because of their incompetence. This is hands-down the worst service experience I?ve ever had. Overpriced, unreliable, and zero accountability. If you?re considering AJ Perri, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
