"He's always done great work. You know he'll do the work right when he comes out to do repairs. He won't charge you a huge amount. I would recommend him. If you text him he's very prompt with responding back."

"It went well at the time. The furnace installation price included a 3 year service contract for my 2 ac units and 2 furnaces.  I have had 3 maintainance  services so far which were ok.  Now they seem to have gone out of business for the last 4 months.  I am still due 3 more included  maintainance  service calls.   Are they coming back in business or am I out the money and hire someone else?"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"He is honest. There's something to be said for honesty. It's a family run business, but he does everything the right way. Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"Everything went well, the guys came in fast did the work with the vacuums and stuff, in and out within an hour. Definitely will use this service again"

"asked for extended service contract the sevice rep checked with there supervisor , petro home service gave me a good deal with a good price I found there service in the past to be very quick and reliable great company"

"Petro technician, Rene 403, came on time and answered all my brother's questions. He did a thorough cleaning and our old furnace had an efficiency rating of 88 percent. Was very satisfied with the results!"

"Excellent work. Neat and careful. Friendly. But never finished job after being paid. Was supposed to label breaker switches. Cancelled or did not show after repeated promises. Very disappointed. Maybe overworked."

"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.
We were quite pleased with the services provided.

"Fine.  No probs.  Also suggested getting air ducts cleaned, and tried to sell us that service at time of visit.
