"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"It went well at the time. The furnace installation price included a 3 year service contract for my 2 ac units and 2 furnaces.  I have had 3 maintainance  services so far which were ok.  Now they seem to have gone out of business for the last 4 months.  I am still due 3 more included  maintainance  service calls.   Are they coming back in business or am I out the money and hire someone else?"

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"The experience was excellent. I would recommend Schultz bros. to anyone looking to have work done. He arrived on time for both the appointments - estimate and service. We went through the job to discuss what I need to have done and how that could be achieved with to my satisfaction. On the installation day, we re-confirmed the plan and he went to work. As the problem arose, which they always do when doing old work(replacing or installing in older homes) we discussed what to do and how to solve the problem. In the kitchen, we had to install a second GFCI in a double box to get the proper amount of room for wires. The rest of kitchen installation went as planed. For the bathroom GFCI, he had to pull wires to attic, run them over to the bathroom and drop them down the wall. The bathroom installation was pretty straight forward, but was time consuming. After completing the work he checked circuits and finished cleaning up, he also clean up as he work to keep the mess to a minimum. He finished on time and was within quoted price. I was very happy with the quality of the work and his professionalism.

"I had insurance for the water line but the company's provider was unresponsive. I finally had to take matters into my own hands as the leak was going on for almost 3 weeks. Rupcoe came immediately, coordinated the heavy equipment needed and performed the repair in one day. The plumber was top notch. I am totally satisfied with Rupcoe and will always use them for my plumbing needs. They are the best."

"They were courteous and pleasant, they just weren’t able to do the work that we needed done. We need an electrician that is willing to send a letter to the town saying that there are no violations in the attic.  It was frustrating that we weren’t able to get the work done that we thought we had purchased.  They wanted to charge five hundred dollars to send the letter like we wanted.  We thought that should be covered by how they advertised that.  They were very, very professional.  We just couldn’t come to an agreement on what we wanted compared to what they could provide.  The whole experience was bad in terms of not getting what we needed, but I cannot say anything bad about how they acted or their professionalism.  It was a frustrating experience, and sometimes in such experiences the companies can be rude.  One call was never rude at all, even when we were trying to negotiate for the work.They were always perfectly professional."
