"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"I needed repairs or replacement for a furnace at rental property. I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and within seconds I got a call from Frank. Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years. They advised me that the furnace could not be fixed and that they would not even consider repairing it. The only option the other company provided was replacement at almost a cost of $3,000. They also told me they probably would not be able to get parts for the furnace since it was so old. Old Skool found the part(s), fixed it, and cleaned it for less than $400. Thank you Old Skool for your prompt response and for saving me a couple of thousands of dollars. I plan to get Old Skool to check out the furnace in my other rental property."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. They responded promptly to my request for a quote, and the repairs were completely in a timely fashion. Would recommend this business and will continue to use them in future."

"Paul responded to my call on a Sunday morning to service our gas hot water heater, which had stopped working. He quickly found a slow leak that had put out the pilot. Then in under 3 hours, he replaced the old hot water heater with a new one and we were back in business."

"My AC went down in the middle of a heat wave so I called Bosh. Super professional approach for scheduling and communicating with the tech, i received a text message of who and when they would be coming for service. Josh was VERY professional, polite, honest and was quick on getting my AC back up and running! I will 100% use them again and will highly recommend them to anyone that needs any HVAC work done.
