"I was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Comfort Ductwork replaced my gas boiler. The price was reasonable and the work was impeccable. When they left, the area where they worked was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"We had a heat pump system installed. Eric promised and delivered. Every step of the process was fully explained. Eric took the time to explain the whole system and how it works. His crew were courteous and worked efficiently. I would definitely hire them again ."

"Derek came to do my yearly heating check and was extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Varsity for any of your heating or AC needs"

"They were able to diagnose the issue for my heat pump fairly quickly while also being diligent to ensure that was the correct issue."

"You will not be disappointed with Kyle and company. Replaced old AC unit with a new AC/heat pump system. After the deposit Kyle didn't ask for any money until the job was DONE! AND...while other companies jacked up the price for a heat pump system, Kyle was on the nose. You won't be disappointed at all!!!!"

"Hired pro for hot water on demand maintenance of beads. Heat pump today had preventative maintenance check up."

"The entire experience from the discussions with the company rep Scott O, to the completion of the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. I highly recommend Elm Air Conditioning."
