"Carlos arrived on time at my home. He wanted to see the clean out line in yard. His helper started working from that end.? Carlos? came inside to the bathroom, flushed the toilet and confirmed there was a sewage backup.? The helper cleared the line from outside. Carlos came in with another machine and discovered the location of a broken pipe under the slab.?That's when the bad news came. I was told the pipe needed to be fixed or I would continue to have problems.? First I was quoted $7,000.00 to get it repaired.? I told him I did not have that kind of money. He said I could finance it, I said no. He came down to $6,000.00. Again I said no, he came down to $5,600.00.? I told him I would just do alot of praying.? Carlos said if I needed him to come back to clear the line he could do it for $150.00 next time.? Two weeks later sewer backed up.? I called another plumber. I don't like to accuse people, but it sure seems Carlos finds a lot of broken pipes under peoples homes."

"Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work.  They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left.
