"One of the consequences of COVID for me was that the condition of my home and unfinished or poorly done work in my home came into a new focus. At the same time I had very little room for further disappointment. When I met Albert, I immediately felt at ease as I knew I was in the presence of some one who was a terrific listener with a sharp eye for detail and authentic work ethic. So in short, I set myself up for disappointment!!! But I was not disappointed, the master bedroom ceiling repair and paint color change was executed impeccably, The window frames around my picture window side windows were as carefully done and flawless. My 1950"s cabin is lined with tongue and groove pine and splatter or smudges would have stood out and been difficult to remove, but there was no such remnants. In addition Miguel patched two holes in my attic roof and did a great job there as well. Also I am looking forward to having Prestige lay flooring in my basement soon. The painters who came to do the job were very kind, careful and quiet. Despite the fact that they worked a long day they left the place spotless and helped me move some of the furniture back into place. And yes, they are very fairly priced. These guys are terrific. The owner's last name is Feliz and I can happily report that I am, and you will be "feliz' indeed. Hire them. You won't find better."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
