"I had 1 company out here to address my broken fan blade on my air conditioner. I was charged $80 and they said they couldn't get the part for 3 days. I live in Florida and the heat was horrible! My home was 88 degrees at the time of their visit. I did not order the part from them. I looked desperately to find a company that might be able to help me. 3:30 pm that day I called Sophisticated Cooling and Heating, Inc., by 4:00 pm they were at my door, waved the service call fee and were back with a new fan blade by 6:45 pm.
