"Update April 7, 2022 - Another flawless incident of excellent service. Part of our HVAC is an important electronic filtering system we bought 12 years ago when they installed our system. My wife experienced respiratory distress at the same time we noted a "green light" went out on the filter. Specialized Heating & Cooling responded on the weekend to diagnose, set up repair, and clean the system sufficiently to ease her distress. The necessary part was ordered and installed. . Hayden (emergency tech) and Justin (go-to tech expert) were their usual astonishing selves during the process. Sarah Streeter has excellent hiring standards and developmental skills. Her people are TOP NOTCH."

"Everyone at Comfort Solutions was great, from office support to technicians, and they showed up wearing masks. They worked during the aftermath of a winter snow & ice storm, likely a busy time for them, to get my heat up and running after a power surge blew my HVAC power supply, and charged me a reasonable fee for the service. They were even open to working with a home equity loan company I recommended to help me manage costs. They are my go-to HVAC service providers from here on in. Special shout out to service technician Paul for carefully rechecking the repair diagnosis before starting on repairs which cut the cost by more than 50%."

"Overall the service was outstanding. The Aire Serv "A Team" went above and beyond, taking time out of their busy schedules
- I called Aire Serv on Saturday morning to inquire about replacing our aging heat pump.
- I had a response back within minutes from the Sr Service Technician.
- He asked all the right questions and sought information from me in order to provide the best options / solution within my budget and timeframe.
- By mid-morning we had decided on a unit and secured financing for the work.
- He came by on Saturday afternoon to sign paper work and schedule the service for the next day.
- Sunday morning the crew arrived on time and promptly began the work. Their professionalism, friendly attitude and focus on detail was apparent from the get-go. Thanks Jamie, Zach and Nate!
- By mid-day the old unit had been swapped out, new unit in place, everything tested and working.
