"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

"The installation went well. They put in a smaller unit after checking our square footage and insulation rating in attic and the type of windows we have installed. They said our current unit was larger than what was needed and keeping the same size would end up causing the unit to recycling more (cut on/off), thus causing more wear and tear on unit and electrical costs.  It was our choice as to what size we wanted installed. We went with smaller unit and it works great and saved us $$$ by going down in size.. We were also told if we are not satisfied with the unit within one year, we could change it out for the larger unit.  We had some issues with the cleanup (this was a new crew). I called and they sent a supervisor out and the mess was cleaned up. He also checked the work that was done on the installation.  After having the unit for several weeks they did an follow up call to check to make sure the unit was working properly for us and inspect the unit. Great having the follow up and customer service. This is a great company with excellent service and also looking at saving money for the customer.

"Once again Texas Air Repair came through for me. I gave them a try back in February when my furnace was not heating the house properly. Low and behold, right when it starts to get hot here in San Antonio, my A/C unit stops wanting to cool the house properly. Chris came out to troubleshoot. He originally concluded that my outside unit had overheated and was just about to quote me a price, but decided to check one more component that could be causing the problem. Sure enough, it was the last part he checked, Chris replaced the part and saved me money. Once again this company believes in great customer service and doing right by the customer."

"It went perfect. When I first called I was looking to have radiant barrier done. They took the time to explain issues they had noticed with radiant barrier and advise to go with blown in insulation even though it was less expensive. They could had just sold me the more expensive radiant barrier and I would have never known about the issues. Nice to know there are still honest contractors out there. They even helped with my CPS rebate. They were on time and when they finished they not only cleaned up but left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Would 100% hire them again."

"It went well. Abel and his team were the best crew and professional on how they handling their job until their job is completed. They did the replacement on heating and cooling system in our townhouse. They are knowledgeable and skilled on what they do. They look very clean and look professional with their work uniform and always make sure they didn’t leave any mess when they finished their job. They are very polite, they have good attitude, and they seem happy as JW employees. The office responded fast in answering and handling our concerns. On the plumbing part we had water leak and needed to find where the source of the problem and repair. Chris Chamrad, a master plumber came and investigated and found the leak and didn’t a great job on repairing it. We also learned who did the first repair on our townhouse did a very bad job. We also joined the silver rescue club. Overall experience was very good and we are confident with JW Service company as we think they are the best on what they do.
