"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

"The installation went well. They put in a smaller unit after checking our square footage and insulation rating in attic and the type of windows we have installed. They said our current unit was larger than what was needed and keeping the same size would end up causing the unit to recycling more (cut on/off), thus causing more wear and tear on unit and electrical costs.  It was our choice as to what size we wanted installed. We went with smaller unit and it works great and saved us $$$ by going down in size.. We were also told if we are not satisfied with the unit within one year, we could change it out for the larger unit.  We had some issues with the cleanup (this was a new crew). I called and they sent a supervisor out and the mess was cleaned up. He also checked the work that was done on the installation.  After having the unit for several weeks they did an follow up call to check to make sure the unit was working properly for us and inspect the unit. Great having the follow up and customer service. This is a great company with excellent service and also looking at saving money for the customer.

"I originally requested a "check-up" of my AC system by using an Angie's List "deal." The check-up was scheduled the same day that I bought the deal from Angie's List. This was a pleasant surprise to me, since we are in the worst of the summer heat, and I expected to have to wait a few days (or even weeks) for the check-up visit. The rep from AC Pros was very professional, and even though he gave me the bad news that my coil was shot and needed to be replaced, I was pleased with his knowledge, and the fact that he took the time to show me the condition of the coil, and explained why he made this recommendation. Again, I was surprised that AC Pros was able to schedule the replacement the very next morning. Many of my neighbors have recommended AC Pros wholeheartedly on our neighborhood social network pages, and they are highly rated on Angie's List, so I was comfortable agreeing to their price without shopping around, so I accepted their quote and scheduled the work. The installation crew showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and finished the job within 15 minutes of their estimate. They showed me the failed parts, clearly explained their activities, and completed the work as expected. They remained on site to confirm that the repair was successful, and cleaned up the work site. They even separated recyclables from the trash and put them in the proper receptacles. I will definitely return to AC Pros for any future work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services."

"Once again Texas Air Repair came through for me. I gave them a try back in February when my furnace was not heating the house properly. Low and behold, right when it starts to get hot here in San Antonio, my A/C unit stops wanting to cool the house properly. Chris came out to troubleshoot. He originally concluded that my outside unit had overheated and was just about to quote me a price, but decided to check one more component that could be causing the problem. "It went well. Abel and his team were the best crew and professional on how they handling their job until their job is completed. They did the replacement on heating and cooling system in our townhouse. They are knowledgeable and skilled on what they do. They look very clean and look professional with their work uniform and always make sure they didn’t leave any mess when they finished their job. They are very polite, they have good attitude, and they seem happy as JW employees. The office responded fast in answering and handling our concerns. On the plumbing part we had water leak and needed to find where the source of the problem and repair. Chris Chamrad, a master plumber came and investigated and found the leak and didn’t a great job on repairing it. We also learned who did the first repair on our townhouse did a very bad job. We also joined the silver rescue club. Overall experience was very good and we are confident with JW Service company as we think they are the best on what they do.
