Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend them for similar job, including for custom requirements as was our case with the roof. Thanks!"

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"We discovered our A/C was out on what was going to be the hottest day of the year so far (and a Sunday). Evergreen were the quickest to reply to our various after-hours inquiries and had the best rate for the diagnosis (at least, of the ones that ever ended up replying). They were out within an hour, and luckily it was a simple and quick fix, just replacing a burned out part. When we looked up comparables later, the repair cost (itemized separate from diagnosis) was on the higher end, but we were happy to get it fixed before the day heated up."

"We got Blue Flame heating-air-electric company's contact from Angie's list and we are extremely happy with their professionalism and service. We got a heat pump installed and started the process of reviewing multiple options on the units during which Zane came over to our place and sat down with us to show us different options and patiently answered all of our questions. He genuinely tried to address our concerns and even when he was preparing the quotes for various options, when we asked him some instant questions that came to our minds, he quickly switched gears and pulled out the relevant brochures to answer our questions. We are very impressed with Zane's multi tasking skills and exceptional customer service. He had been in constant touch via email and phone while we got in touch with our HOA for heat pump installation approval. Zane also walked with us to view the neighborhood to see external units installed in our community to get an idea on how our unit may work out. He made sure to dedicate the necessary time to us before, on and after the installation day. On the installation day, Rob, Colin and his team came over to get the work started. They explained to us about the installation lines, pipes, electric, the exact location of the heat pump unit and worked thru' the entire day from 9.30 am to 8 pm seamlessly. While we were working from home that day and were there the entire time, we felt like we stepped out of the house in the morning and returned to a house with an A.C. & heater installed. The team just did the magic behind the scenes. Note that Saturday we reviewed options with Zane and after HOA approval, Wednesday we got the unit installed. Even with this short duration between quote review and installation, the entire experience was extremely satisfactory, they did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left! "The crew arrived on time with -30 minutes phone call to notify me on their arrival time. Very professional, quickly installed a whole home surge protector on the wall next to the current panel. did the breaker changes as needed and left the area clean. All for a great price as well. "I had Seatown electric out towards the end of April to install a few switches and outlets after replacing all of the outlets and switches after having the interior of the house painted. I didn't feel comfortable replacing these particular items. Part of the service call package was a review of the electrical system and the old panel. He gave me some brochures with options for panels and recommended one. I reviewed for a couple days and called Steve for clarification on several questions I had. He answered all of them to my satisfaction. Called May 1st to make an appointment and scheduled for May 19th. Jeremy and Jake arrived about 8:30. Both very personable and professional young men. Showed them the work area and they wen to work. Had to move the washer and dryer to gain access to the panel. No wasted motion. They each new what they needed to do to complete the job. They answered our questions when we asked but otherwise they kept moving. They were finished about 1:30 - 2:30. Cleaned up afterwards as best they could. They did a process of elimination to ensure the breakers were correctly marked. Had a problem with two of them that we couldn't identify. Since everything worked that we tried at the time we concluded we were done. Was impressed with the work done by both of the men."
