"Our 3 year old Lennox AC was on the fritz for about a week before finally sputtering out in the 100 degree heat. Originally I called two other AC companies, one that said they would call me back and never did; and another that quoted the service call at $99. I then decided to look at Angies List, where I found CCC based upon good reviews. They were offering a servicing deal of $55, which seemed much more in line, so I bought it. Upon purchasing, Angie's List allowed me to select three times for my appointment for the following day. Within an hour or so I received an email from CCC to set up the appointment. I called, spoke with Jodi, and was able to set up a same day appointment! Carl showed up around 3PM and quickly diagnosed our problem as a faulty fan blower motor located within the air handler that died. Cost of repair was $207 after a 15% discount. Due to the part, CCC was not able to make the repair same day. He advised they would order the motor, and try to be out the following day. The next day I received a call around 10:00AM that they were able to obtain the motor from Lennox and would be out that afternoon. Around 3:45PM, Tommy showed up with the motor. He removed the old one and installed the new one, as well as checked our heat pump within 30 minutes. Upon leaving he had my AC was blowing ice cold again, which was a massive relief after two nights of 85 degree heat. For anyone looking to have their AC unit repaired or replaced, I felt that CCC provided great service with a fair price. I would definitely use again."

"I was first contacted by Carrie almost as soon as I sent an email to Appliance Repair Services. From then on she did a great job of keeping me updated on the repair. The service person was Jason who did an outstanding job in fixing our microwave oven despite an extremely poor design flaw in our Maytag combination oven/microwave. The problem was not apparent and Jason went out of his way to check every possibility starting with the least expensive. It took a few appointments in which Jason was always on time and was good about calling me ahead of time. Equally important, his charge to fix the appliance was very reasonable and found replacement parts that were better than the manufacturer’s and were less expensive. I will definitely use this company again for any appliance problems we have."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
