Even better than finding out I didn't need a new furnace or expensive repair there was NO CHARGE for a second opinion! Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning get my business going forward. Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. Then they were willing to work with me when it ended up costing a bit more than I expected (something that was out of their control.) They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed. The level of care I received from this company was incredible - not something I expected at all. I'm really happy to have worked with them, and I most definitely will be giving them my business in the future!"

"The guy called and said he is 10 min away. He arrived 45 minutes later. He looked for bubbles in the dark. I had to keep asking would you like the lights on? Finally, I just cut them on. He claimed he couldn't find a leak after Duke Energy found one and the smell of gas was all throughout the house. I should've used a fireplace company first to avoid wasting money. I was going to pay through Angie list but it was cheaper to just pay the service call. I don't know if he really couldn't find the leak are was upset he arrived 15 minutes before he was due to get off. He was friendly though?. I can say they guy I talked to on the phone was very nice.
