"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. "Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"Needed my gas furnace repaired that stopped working when it was less than 20 degrees outside. Varsity Zone was able to get here fast and had way better pricing than i’m used to paying on this side of town. The technician was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain how my system worked to me (which no one else had ever done in the 13 years we have lived here.) "I have used them for probably ten, twelve years. So, I know them beforehand. My experience has always been good. I would say that they are probably the one better. They are phenomenal. When I bought the house here, I had some heating issues with the house before and they promptly came out. They helped me assess what was going on, fixed the unit, and did the service on it. I actually bought a new unit from them last year. They were just great to work with. I have a maintenance service so they come out for two years I believe. I have a contract with them."

"It went very well! He explained what he was doing, and answered my questions. He was very pleasant (as is the staff at the office!) Even though the unit is very old he never pushed to have it replaced. He went step by step to figure out the problem. We did sign up for the cleaning program since he suggested it really needed a thorough cleaning.(You pay ahead for the air/heat cleaning plus 15% off parts if needed) We felt that was a good way to go!  It usually takes 2-3 hours so he could not do it today, but a technician  will be coming soon!  We will also look into  the air duct cleaning he suggested. Pretty sure flour, and some toys might be clogging up the works a bit!
