"Jake, the owner, was going to be in the area and offered to stop by and take a look at the cooling unit and see what the problem was. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."

"I will definitely rely on Parthenon Plumbing for future needs. They were quick to respond, the service was excellent, and the follow up was prompt and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional."

"On time, friendly and quick service quality repair."

"Their guys have gotten younger and less experienced. They were kind of tag teaming and I had to watch them quite a bit, but they did do what I asked. They did want to cut some corners as far as taking some grill covers off and cleaning the vents. That part I wasn't happy about, but I'd still probably use them again but have to supervise them a little. I had used them several years before. I had a brand new house and the roof was leaking down on to the the HVAC system in the attic. This guy he took all the time in the world to show me where i need to look at on the burners, the switches, why the plug was not working..etc. He went into detail to educate me, know they got a crew that's younger and less experienced. Their availability was good. They did come out on a short notice. I thought the price was good, it was average. We had two units, which was $45 a unit. It was a good deal."

"I cannot say enough about Josh and Bobby. I had never used Angie's List before. They returned our call immediately and came to our house within an hour. During the Covid-19 they were very aware of the precautions to take entering our home. They were so very nice. We decided to replace the unit. They handled every bit of it with expertise and ease. My husband and I were so impressed. Guys, you are the BEST. Thank you, Pete and Judy"

"Prompt response and quick repair"

"They have done the installation on my garbage disposal. They also maintain my heating and air. They have a plan where for $99 a year you get three visits a year. I am really pleased with them. If they have an emergency they can't to you right away."

"On a Budget Heating & Cooling was outstanding! Got the job done for a very reasonable price and were courteous and professional. Good people! Highly recommend!"

"He was very professional, I would highly recommend him and his company to everyone. Never gave us the run around up front about everything, his company deserves 10 or more stars. He is our family and friend and we appreciate Darrow cook and heating."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
