"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"I have to say this one of the easiest and quickest fixes we have had at the shop to date. I reached out to Matt (owner) of Map Construction in a panic this afternoon because the AC went out at my shop. Sensing the urgency of the situation, being that our product is temperature sensitive, he went out of his way to squeeze us in personally and fix the unit himself. It's even more impressive because all of the other HVAC shops couldn't make it out till Tuesday being that it's a holiday weekend. Within an hour he had made the trek over the shop and diagnosed the issue. A couple parts trip later our AC unit is up an running and the shop back to normal. I can vouche for the professionalism or service more, will be using Map for all of our HVAC needs going forward. 5 stars / A+ / 100%"
