"My central air unit was blowing hot air. It would not go below 81 degrees. Thank goodness for Travis and McKayla. The showed up promptly for an emergency appointment. They were curious and knowledgeable. They explained to me all the steps towards getting my central air unit working again. Within a couple of hours they replaced the part needed and the a/c was back !!!!! Thanks guys you are awesome."

"Oscar was very easy to communicate and work with. He was even able to come out and look at my AC unit within days of me contacting him. So far everything is working better than ever and we've even made plans to review my unit next year to ensure everything is still running as it should. If you need work on your AC I would call Whitestone Heating and Cooling immediately!"

"I have an service agreement. They will come in the start of the year for my heating. I like the guys who come. I don't quite have the same guys, but they are all very nice."

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

"

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"From the first contact with Greg at Patriot, our experience was great! He returned calls promptly, answered all of our questions, and treated us with respect. Of all the bids we received for our new AC install, his was the lowest. I would have paid more for the great experience! Greg made sure his best install team was assigned for the job and personally inspected the job when it was completed. I wasn't present for the install and had a question; Greg returned my call within 10 minutes that evening to answer my question. I've already recommended Patriot to a neighbor and a co-worker. They'll be my go-to for all of my heating and AC needs. Thanks, Greg, Donna and the Patriot team!"

"Installation crew called when 30 minutes away (approximately halfway through the service window quoted by Omni).  They arrived on time, were extremely polite and knowledgable.  Initially there were a few concerns from the crew regarding the compatibility of the purchased unit with the limited space I had in my furnace closet, and they ultimately agreed to install a similar unit that fit my HVAC system for the same price (the similar 'upgraded' unit is ~$20 dollars more on Amazon).  Two things pleasantly surprised me by this initial interaction: 1) the crew definitely had the expertise to anticipate and communicate problems before starting the installation process and 2) that they agreed to install the similar unit for the same price.  Both of these show good faith as a company, and as a customer, I will likely use them for my future HVAC needs.
The actual installation took ~120 minutes, and the 2-person crew was courteous and hard working throughout the process.   The crew wore booties to protect my floors. cleaned after themselves when complete, and showed me how to use the humidifier when they were finished.  I'm really satisfied.

"Green came out, diagnosed, and repaired the fan in a single day. I'm very happy with the service. I will certainly call them again for any heating and A/C needs."

"The service technician was excellent. He was professional and immediately came and completed the work requested. The unit is working perfectly and because of this, l requested another service to have the unit cleaned. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone in need of your services. Thank you."

"Outstanding!!! From beginning to the end we had an excellent experience! Despite the high demand to fix A/Cs in this area, as there is a heat wave, I contacted this company and Joe picked up the phone and said they could come out within hours! Joe was kind and knowledgeable and is the service dispatcher. Sandy, who came out to service our A/C was on time and he was probably the most honest and knowledgeable technician I have ever met. He was fair and charged us for a blown out fuse and in no way mislead us to think something more expensive was wrong! Honestly, Sandy and this company was the answer to my prayers! We will NEVER use another company! In fact we will be purchasing a service plan from Indoor Air Technologies AND will highly recommend them to our friends and family! I only wish these guys could run another business (plumbing, electrical, etc.) because their honest business practice is impossible to find elsewhere!"
