We also got much better systems at a similar price compared to other estimates. The Co inspector was just here and both systems passed. He commented on the high quality of the install and said that All About Heat & Air does some of the best work around. He also noted that Bosch units seem to be far superior compared to other top brands. He wished he had Bosch in his home. Thanks again for a job well done."

"Four years ago I used a competitor air conditioning company to install an $10,000 unit - The kind with all the bells and whistles. The unit never worked correctly and I have about 15 to 20 repair tickets over the last 4 1/2 years. I had multiple companies try to fix the problem, but to no avail. Finally I called Frank at Sheer Comfort. They came out quickly and Frank was astonished at all the problems I have had with the unit. He asked if I could wait a day or two for results and I agreed. He acted on my behalf with the manufacture of the air conditioning unit was able to get me a brand-new unit (inside and out) for free. I heard him on the phone speaking with the manufacturer? He was actually arguing on my behalf! After a couple days he called me back with the good news. The next afternoon, his crew was here installing my brand-new unit. All I had to do was pay for the labor. Sheer Comfort's workers were prompt and courteous. The job was completed as scheduled and I am one happy customer!

"I had some good experiences with Mike’s Heating. The best was the installers were very nice and friendly. They seemed to do good work. I really don’t have any bad issues. I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that. I haven’t really heard much from them since. I remember it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable, no worse than anyone else."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Explained I had just purchased house during winter and home inspection hadn't allowed testing of A/C.  Had already called home warranty service to check bearing on fan motor and asked if something could be done about wires left sticking out of top grill from motor replacement.

Inside unit was inspected, leak discovered and fixed on refrigerant line entering unit.  Wires sticking out of top grill outside were secured.  I was also advised that there were several wires which were just twisted together without electrical caps and caps were placed.  Discussed servicing schedule for heat pumps since this is my first experience with them and we agreed once/year unless I notice problems between visits.

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
