"Job Overview: Installed AC unit in house attic to cool the upstairs unit (2nd floor) of a duplex. Overall Feedback: This is the second time I have used Wade Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them in the future. Felt like they treated me as part of the “Wade” family. Felt very comfortable with the process from beginning to end which was awesome since this being such a large financial investment. Crew Feedback: If you get the opportunity to choose your crew I would highly recommend Brian and Russ as installers for the job. This is the second time I had Brian as the main installer and he is absolutely terrific. Very detailed and takes the time to walk you through what they are planning to do to ensure you are comfortable and then execute based on your preferences (if they might be slightly different). This was my first time with Russ but he was very professional as well and thought he did a great job as well. Product Feedback: Wade is a “certified installer” of Carrier product and although more expensive than getting a Rheem/Rhud system I have enjoyed the quality and conditioning power of a Carrier system."

"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

"My service was for 4pm.  They called and asked if they could come earlier and that was fine.  The technician was not much of a talker and seemed to be in some sort of rush and had a little bit of an attitude.  But he was here for about 45 minutes and he was able to fix the furnace and then he gave me some helpful advice at the end.  (New filters and New Thermostat)  The price ended up being $158 but they have a $25 off on Angies list.  Just so you know it costs $95 just for the tech to come out.

Jonathan showed up as promised, temporarily fixed the AC, provided a detailed bid for a replacement of the 20+ year old unit. "Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.
