"For the last two years, I have signed a yearly contract with Sweetlands to do a twice-a-year check on my heating and air-conditioning service as well as On-Demand Gas Water Heater.....fall check before I use my heating system and spring check before I use my AC system. Each time, the service associate has been on time, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable when answering any questions I may have. I've even had Judy show up to perform the bi-annual check once! As I mentioned previously, I had a bad experience with another company that led to me switching to Sweetlands. On the first check done with Sweetlands, the service representative found a flaw in the previous company's work that could have resulted in a dangerous event and was definitely costing me more money from an operational standpoint. So, the switch to Sweetlands literally paid for itself with my first visit! I definitely believe that Sweetlands is a great local business, and I intend to continue my association with them in the coming years. My annual maintenance contract covering twice yearly cleaning, maintenance and check of all three of my units (Heating, AC, and On-Demand Gas Water Heater) is $374/year."

They returned the next day as agreed and worked with my schedule. "I have been planning to replace my HVAC system for a while. It was 19+ years old and I had spent close to $1000 over the past few years applying "bandaid" fixes to keep it operational. Smiley's HVAC had done work for both my brother and my Parents and they were both pleased. I had called Smiley's and 2 other HVAC companies to come give me replacement estimates about 18 months ago. They ranged in price from $6000 to $15000. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get the work done. While Smiley's was not the cheapest estimate, based on the reviews here and on Angies List, and my families experiences, I decided to go with Smiley's. I called on Tuesday 12/18/2018 and was Helped by a very cordial young lady on the phone. She told me Larry wasn't in the office but he would call me back as soon as he picked up his messages. Twenty minutes later Larry called and we set up an appointment for him to come back and give me a new estimate on a replacement system on Wed 12/19. This estimate was very slightly higher than the one from 18 months prior but I expected that. Larry showed up promptly and did a thorough evaluation of my existing system. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in his explanations. Part of my HVAC system is in my attic and I asked about moving it down into the garage. Larry said that could be done but probably wasn't a good idea. I expressed concern over condensation leaks I've had in the past and he understood. He was very thourough and patient in explaining the mitigations he would put in place to prevent any future leaks and also explained why moving the components into the garage on a house sitting on a slab foundation would make any potential condensation drainage musch more difficult. It all made perfect sense. Larry got back to me with an estimate that afternoon and gave me a followup call to see if I had any questions. I didn't and asked when we could get started with the work. As this is the week before Christmas, I was expecting sometime next week. I was pleasantly surprised when he said they could do it the next day! He called to make sure all of the necessary materials were in stock and called me back to confirm and 8:30 AM arrival time for his crew. The Crew (TJ, Jeremy, Nick and Dave) showed up promptly and got to work as soon as I cleared them a path through my garage to the Attic access ladder. They worked through the day and by 4:30 PM I had a new HVAC system to include a new additional return air vent. I am extremely pleased with my entire Experience with Smiley's. If you are looking to have a professional team replace your HVAC system at a reasonable price, call Larry!"

"Dana and his crew were awesome. they did exactly what I wanted them to do and did it in a timely fashion. The breaker in my house went bad and Dana was able to get an HVAC service out to my house asap to help us out during the heat wave. Once they finished installing the breaker, Nick came out and fogged the system before I had to leave the next morning. they were definitely punctual! best money and service out there!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Excellent. My concern was the number of wasps that were haning around the interior attic space, as seen from out side where bees were entering attic. Inspector found no sunlight leakage thropugh roof and siding at 2 different attic levels. Large wasp nest ws found, and owner/tech sprayed the nests with wasp killer provided by customer. Don't see wasps anymore. My concern was that an inspection is always a way to find high cost repairs. The owner tech found nothing that needed to be addressed. WOW! Now that is what I calol integrity."
