This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. "My experience with Atlantic was one of the best - if not THE best - I've ever had with home maintenance and repair companies!

Since I'd never had the heating/AC ducts in my house cleaned in the 20 years I'd been here, I solicited estimated from three companies.  This one had been recommended by my oil company owner, who said that it had been recognized in the industry as doing high quality work.  All three estimates were about the same, but the owner of Atlantic, Jack Prindiville, impressed me as being far more professional and knowledgeable than the other estimators.  He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was scheduled to have the work done very promptly.

I couldn't have hoped for better workmen than the two young men who did the work.  They were fairly young, professional, efficient, hard-working, and extremely good-natured.  They completed the job fairly quickly, but thoroughly, and left no trace of any mess.  This was an A+ experience in every way!!!

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!
