Days pass but I didn't receive it so I called their office and someone named Robert stated that it's in the office waiting for me to pick up, and I asked him to mail it to me, because I am unable to drive that far, but I have not received it, and now when I called they send me to voicemail."

They said the needed time to provide a quote, for a project that would have been around 3-5k. The professional also said they thought I had a gas leak, and offered a $500 gas leak detection service. Later, I called another plumber who cleared the clog for $200 same day. Powerpro seems scammy, and I am canceling my Angi account over this."
