I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. "Our oil furnace/HVAC could not be repaired. We purchased a new unit, the install went well thanks to two professional technicians from Delaware. Our issues began after a visit from an inspector arrived 6 days later. He wouldn't listen to any question and replied "If I answer that, I have to charge you!" We have no idea what he did to the new thermostat, new oil furnace, and/or to the AC condenser. We reported it within 6 days when the outside temperature was in the 80's. Today a technician was scheduled between 8am-12noon. I was told he would be a little late...Another call advised that he needed to be replaced with a technician that is knowledgeable about "Oil furnace/ HVAC systems"??? We are now at the mercy of a longer wait time and hope someone will show up today with the temperature rising in our home. Praying that all will be corrected at no additional cost to us."

I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"01/28/2021 I called in the morning and left a voice mail message explaining I needed a main shutoff valve replaced. I received a call back from Vernon about 2 hours later and he asked me when I needed it done; this week or next week. I told him I would rather have it done this week but I could wait until later if necessary. He said he had 3 or 4 jobs scheduled for today and if they all went smooth; he may be able to do it this afternoon if that was ok. I said that would be great if he could. Vernon called me later in the day an said he could do it now if that was ok. He said he would be there as soon as he finished rapping up the job he was on. Vernon was there in a little while and looked over the job and explained what he was going to do. He did an excellent job and cleaned up when he was done. Vernon is pleasant to deal with and did a great job."
