"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

"Joe was the first to call shortly after I submitted my request for service. He had the tech out that morning who confirmed what I thought was the issue - the AC needed replacement. Since both the furnace & AC were original, I asked for an estimate to replace both. Joe's estimate was very fair given I had an estimate earlier in the year for just the AC. Because I am in a condo, choices were limited on both the AC unit and the furnance (because of size and space limitations). But Joe found a good combination of products and the install team came out on a SUNDAY! The job was not an easy one and I appreciated the team's tenacity in completing the installation. So far, everything is working well. One thing to be aware of: while the company offers an interest free payment plan, that plan is based on a higher cost (essentially I took it to mean the interest was built into the payoff period) so I chose to go with the original estimate."

"The technician was extremely thorough. Replace the thermostat batteries and furnace filter (I provided the parts), checked for any carbon monoxide leaks, checked the condition of furnace components, and found some bare wires that he taped up."

I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

They took the time to explain what all needed to be done prior to and during the install so that there were no surprises. Once done they took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat. "There's no good month during Baltimore's summer to have your A/C fail. Should it happen to you, I can't recommend Vernon and the folks at Hamilton Plumbing more highly. The wife came home a day early from our vacation to find the A/C on the ground floor was dead. The temp was 87 inside the house. I called Hamilton from the road to make an appt and was contacted by Vernon soon after. He said he'd come by and look at the unit to see if he could troubleshoot the problem without access to the house. He called me back an hour later and said he had found two issues and replaced the parts but couldn't tell if the fix was complete until he could turn on the unit. He came back later that afternoon and checked the freon on the unit that went down and also checked the other unit for the upstairs, which it turned out was low on freon too. When he was done he explained in laymens terms what he'd found and detailed some other issues that were impacting performance but couldn't be fixed. Summation: these folks go beyond the norm to provide quality service with an emphasis on customer service. Vernon is a rock star, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Job well done."
