And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."

I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"It went great! Vernon did an excellent job of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. He also made some improvements to my aging duct work to improve airflow. The results have been fantastic. A bedroom that used to require its own window unit to stay cool is now ice cold in the summer with the central air. Vernon and his father completed the jobs in a timely, professional manner and the price point was very reasonable compared to other offers.
