In 2019, we hired them to replace an outdoor spigot/hose bib and copper plumbing, which cost $309. That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required.
