"It was a complete pleasure working with Dennis, Rob, Tracy, Marcus, Mickey and Steve. The team showed up promptly every morning for the better part of a week. My 1965 mid-century home has lapped vertical cedar cladding with a design that put the team up to 40' in the air in many instances. They scraped the house, sanded - then caulked every single vertical seam - over 200 seams and 2 cases of caulk! they then applied 2 coats of paint i three colors. Every window or color change was masked and taped for perfect seams. They even cleaned up paint residue left on window casings for the last paint job of 20 years ago. They also prepped and painted the carport ceiling and structural steel that supports the house. And lastly, they sanded and sealed the cedar balcony floors and railings.
The job was so well done that I have had numerous neighbors stop to not only compliment the work - but to ask who did it and how to get ahold of them.

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"WE CUT OUR GAS BILL IN HALF DOING RECOMMENDED UPGRADES. THEY DID A COMPREHENSIVE HOME AUDIT AND THEY GOT A REPORT FROM CONSUMERS SPECIFIC TO MY HOME. IT HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LEVEL OF COMFORT OF THE HOUSE. NO MORE FREEZING COLD SPOTS. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS EASY GOING AND VERY INFORMATIVE. WE GOT REBATES FROM CONSUMERS FOR DOING THE UPGRADES. THEY INSTALLED A WI FI THERMOSTAT WHICH WORKS WITH MY CELL PHONE SO THAT HAS BEEN FUN USING THAT FEATURE. OVER ALL "A" EXPERIENCE."

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."
