Front & Back Yard Landscaping Services in Renton, WA

"I highly recommend Koritas Services. Caesar was prompt for his estimate and offered a very competitive bid. He and his crew showed up on time each day and did great work. They finished the project quickly and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. His crew is very skilled. The fence he built is very sturdy and constructed with screws and brackets - no nail guns."

"Excellent painting of our home interior! The crew was great! They moved furniture and put it back. The owner took care to make sure the touch ups were done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased!"

"Courteous, respectful and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch (we had enough of that from other landscapers). Norberto listened to our needs and provided a fair equitable estimate. They put in 55' hogwire fencing, built in a 55'×10' graveled dog run with a pavered walkway to our patio. They leveled out the lawn area, brought in top soil, grass seeded and covered it with peat moss. Seeding the lawn rather than installing sod helped to keep the costs down. Norberto also advised that they would return to resend any areas that may not take. The crew were great, they worked hard, were responsive to our questions, finished on time and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards."

"Great construction company to work with They’re professional, reliable, and do quality work I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good construction company!"

"I had a big job and Carlos was the right one to call. His team transformed the back yard in a day and left everything better than I even dared to imagine. They even got a few more helpers at the end of the day to stay on schedule. Simply perfect!"
