Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. "Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"I contacted a couple of contractors to get estimates on both a first floor full size bath and a 2nd floor 1/2 size bath that I was looking to extend into a partial wasted closet space in order to add a shower. After a few consultations, I decided that I would need to hold off on the upstairs conversion, since the design ideas and the estimates received were all over the place. I focused on getting the downstairs bath done. I chose Statewide once Juan (the owner) was willing to work with me in order to ensure I had limited access to use the shower, since it was the only one in the house. His team made sure for the 1st few days of the project that plastic was placed around the shower area, so that it was usable.
I had some concerns about the type of tiles used that the quality would not hold up under constant use, but Juan convinced me that they would and had used them on several other projects. I was hesitant, but Juan ensured me that if there was an issue he would take care of it, so I went with what he suggested. They do look good in the room. There were some grout issues, but again Juan ensured me if there was any problems he would fix.
The team did everything possible to protect my home by covering doors, floors and furniture, and they made every effort to clean up each night as well as when the project was completed.
There was an unexpected small nuance once the foundation was opened: a small leak in the sewer pipe behind the wall which was patched up.
While Juan and team were finishing up this project, I alerted him to a smaller project I wanted to have fixed in my basement. The portion of the sewer pipe in the basement had all kinds of additional pipes that flowed to it that were hanging low or attached at awkward angles. I also wanted to change the very old pipes that were attached to the washing machine and move it over so that the dryer could fit next to it. The dryer had been diagonally opposite it making it a bit uneasy and taking up space where it was at.
Juan came back a couple of weeks later changed the portion of the sewer pipe in the basement, replaced several other pipes, added a washer box for the laundry faucets, and replaced my utility sink with a new one I had brought. The end result looks great.
Overall, I am satisfied with both jobs. Well done!

"We needed to have our antiquated and failing sewer main replaced, a big job. I would rate 10 stars if I could! I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome. Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"
