"I was in immediate need to replace my air-conditioner for a graduation party that I was hosting in 48hrs.  All of the companies that I contacted couldn't come out for at least 4-5 days. I was overwhelmed when the Airconex owner, Dash was apologetic of their booked schedule but due to my circumstance offered to personally come out at 8:00pm the next day (after he would have already put in a 13hr day with his crew).
