"Came that night (Saturday). Tried to repair but motor was blown and had to order. Got the part on Monday and came to install. They did everything they could to help me and as quickly as possible. I had been without heat for 5 days waiting on the company American Home Sheild assigned and they were not coming until the 12th, another 6 days!!!! That would've been almost 2 wks without heat! Was using space heaters that were overheating my outlets and dangerous. I was scared to death! I decided I wasn't going to wait any longer for American Home Sheild! There was no guarantee their company was coming, when they would get the part and come back to install! It could be weeks! Friends had my heat repaired and back on in less than a day and a half and that was even with ordering the motor! It goes beyond being thankful to be warm, I feel it was done right!"
