"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.

"Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was a consummate pro, listened well and asked questions, and it was obvious that he and his coworker Steve take a lot of pride in their work. We had him demolish and completely rebuild a 22' x 6' front porch for our 105 year old house. It's not always easy to fit something new onto something old, from the overall spacing to connecting with the existing brick staircase and porch roof, given the code requirements of 2019. Jim had no problems, and in cases where we had to unexpectedly do things - like whoops cover that previously existing, but now with the new Azek, some very old-looking flashing, etc. he had some great ideas - new strips, some mouldling. The fit and finish on the porch were great, no visible deck-board ends, using multiple end pieces to avoid extra cuts of the long azek deck boards, etc....And all were discussed and decided upon together in a low pressure and professional style. Jim's also not afraid to admit when something isn't his strength or not something he's good at. That's a rare and valuable skill and extremely useful to any potential client. Would gladly use again and recommend to friends."

We could not be happier with his work and character as a professional and person. He provides a line-by-line item SOW, down the cost of material for masks and gloves. As the SOW changed, Brandon continuously updated the document. He saved us some money numerous times as portions of the SOW were deemed unnecessary by either him or us. That is rare. "WE hired another contractor to perform the work. It was a mess. They were terrible so we fired them and hired Strong Point Restoration. He was referred to us from a friend who went through the same thing as us. We hired him and he came and did the work at an affordable price and the work was excellent. We had damaged walls that other companies told us to tear down and build a new wall, this guy patched and fixed the walls and saved us a ton of money. They look brand new.
