They are correct, the pluming does need to be replaces but i needed the sink line cleared. Called a different company to come out and they cleared the line.

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals.
