"The Collin Creek Duct Cleaning team did a great job on our home!  As we started up the A/C units for the first time this year, we smelled a bit of dust / mold and a general mustiness in the systems.  We had Collin Creek out to take a look and they identified and cleaned a large amount of dust in the ducts (collected in a large collection bag outside the home) and a bit of mold growth as well.  They performed an antimicrobial treatment where it was required and left the home smelling great.  We appreciate the work they did!

"I called the afternoon my A/C went out. Morrison said would be there at 9a, got there at 8:45. Looked over entire system. Fixed the problem; explained why it broke down & how to care for A/C in general. The cost I wrote in here for the service call is approximate because I also had them service the A/C at my office. I’ve known Morrison family since 2010. They are honest about what’s wrong with A/C & cost of repair, whether replacement is warranted and what can wait, and are prompt in an emergency. They did an install for a friend & she is pleased a year later when Morrison came to service her A/C - for free because it was their install. The price they charged was way lower than other people she contacted & they provided a warranty for her new A/C. Highly recommend Morrisons."

"The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.

"he contacted me within minutes and here when he said he would be....he was so very professional and checked everything from the outside unit, to the attic and everything inbetween.....it ended up being the thermostat - he went to Home Depot, got what he needed and finished within two hours.....I was so very pleased with him and his work ethic.....I have his card close by and will call him again whenever I need help......a great find and a wonderful guy, family man and very easy to speak to."

"I purchased my home last September and was concerned with the state of the air conditioner from the get go. This sumer, my fears have been realized. The unit would continually run all day and not be able to cool the 2000 SQF house. I had Larry Dunn with Dring come out to quote a replacement of the duct work, as it was origial in a 1950's house. The service crew arrived on time and were very professional as well as great communicators. They were able to explain the whole process and give me a detailed look at how everything they were putting worked. Everything went flawlessly, with the exception of a few dings in the wall, and the house is much cooler."
