"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"DiPietro was the one of 4 companies to come out and give the estimate for my Central AC install in 4600sf house with baseboard heat. They were the only ones (thank you Chris) that spent more than an hour going over all details and the estimate included the number of drops, vents and returns as well as the size and SEER rating of the unit. The price was also almost half of what one of the companies gave without providing any details. One downside was that they were booked for 4 weeks out, but I would wait longer for the quality service that they provided. Donnie came out himself few times and solved all the issues and concerns that I had. Originally I priced whole house humidifier, but then I learned that I could get whole house air cleaner and they swapped them without extra cost even though the air cleaner was a bit more. I would recommend DiPietro Heating and Cooling to anyone."
