You never have to worry if the person that is entering your home and servicing your vent system or repairing your fireplace is trained and certified, because we guarantee it! "Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

"When scheduling service for an air-to-water boiler, I was told I called "exactly the right people". The tech got here and said they almost never see these... Charged over $300 for an hour's looking around (no actual service) and drive time. So, I feel pretty seriously misled, and I still have to find someone to service the boiler. They continue to be unwilling to split the bill."

We communicate effectively with contractors, fellow tradespersons, homeowners, and plumbing fixture suppliers and have established strong relationships with local inspectors. Cascadia always delivers a high standard of workmanship. Cascadia will work with contractors and homeowners to complete their design; however, we are willing to offer alternative solutions when required. It is our intention to always create a professional and personal experience, where each customer is satisfied. We are only interested in creating long term relationships, in the hope that customers can call a plumbing company based on a good previous experience. I had an issue with the water heater a few days after install and rick answered the call and gave me great information moving forward to fix the issue. When installing a gas line Don knew my wife and I were fairly desperate for it to be installed and was unstoppable in his efforts to achieve that goal for us. I've used cascadia plumbing 3 times in total now and would call them first, recommend them to family and friends, and trust their judgment. Amazing caring and genuine people to work with."
