"First time the fireplace has properly worked since its installation 17 years ago."

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. At no point during the process was i worried the job wouldn't get done in the manner we wanted it done. The master bath vanities and kitchen island were our signature pieces and Ismael and his guys built them exactly the way we wanted. The tiling was done so well we added on installing stone tile on the fireplaces. One of the fireplaces was not up to Roberto's liking so he made the tiler remove it and fix it at his own cost. Roberto looks at the job as what he would want if it were his house, so never had to worry that he would cut corners or let things not be perfect."

"They did a good job to install hardwood floor."

"Charles was referred to me when I had difficulty locating a contractor to install a new gas fireplace in my bedroom. Charles framed out and oversaw the installation of the fireplace. He was a complete professional, making improvements, and handling project changes quickly. He and Frank cleaned the work area every evening. In short, he exceeded my expectations."

"Charles and his team did a fabulous job replacing three decks with composite. Charles was very patient and helpful selecting material and color. The team's attention to detail was impressive and price was competitive. Charles was very easy to work with and texted pictures and questions where appropriate. We would highly recommend Infinite Construction."

"I was very impressed by the professionalism of Chapman-Lockwood. The owner, Cameron, was consistently punctual and very easy to coordinate with. He offered constructive advice on installation options and ultimately his advice led to a very successful project. Chapman-Lockwood's foreman and crew were very skilled, considerate, and treated my property with care. The attention to detail of their work was appreciated. I have received many compliments from neighbors on the finished product. Overall, my expectations were exceeded and I recently contracted Chapman-Lockwood for another home improvement project. They will be installing new tile flooring and painting the interior of my home."

"Manuel was punctual and very easy to schedule. He checked the fireplace and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to family and friends."

"They did a good job.  I have an electric fireplace."

"I found this company on Angie's List and I decided to call them out for a estimate. In comparison to other contractors their price was the lowest. I needed to to some additions to the house: house extension, porch, doors, and windows installation. They did it perfectly. We did pass all BOD inspections and I think they also did a very good job. Thanks"
