"There are two things that I look for in any vendor.  The first is professional interactions and communications and the second is quality of work.  George and the MagCor Construction team deserve top marks in both areas.  I have been so impressed with George that I am just starting my 3rd project with him.  I had a good idea of what I wanted for my first project, but certainly did not understand all the details and small decisions that needed to be done.  George collaborated with me on my idea an walked me through options for all the decisions that needed to be made.  He helped me avoid bad decisions and explained the trade offs between options  He is also great at communicating through e-mail and text message as well as in person (something that seems hard to find).  The project was completed on time, on budget and looks beautiful  I am about to start at least one more project with MagCor Construction, and would recommend them to anyone.

"Wow!!! What an amazing experience. Mario (owner) and Nathaniel did amazing work at one of my restaurant locations. They did the landscaping, irrigation and planted new plants and shrubs. They were on time and explained the whole process before giving us an amazing quote. They went above and beyond on every aspect of the job. After completing the commercial work I called and had him do my personal residence. Again, Mario didn't disappoint. "We had to replace out existing granite counter top after trying to get the old dishwasher out  to be able to get the new one installed.   After that piece of granite cracked all over, we just decided to get new.  Not that we could afford it.  We got Sunwest's name from AZ Tile. I faxed over measurements to approximately 3 companies, and Matt was the "only company" to respond back to me.  He mentioned he had a slab left over from a previous job (remnant) and wanted us to take a look at it.   We met with Matt on Saturday and although the slab was very nice it didnt really go with what we had in mind.  BUT!  There was another slab that caught our eye.  Matt checked and it was available.   We said "do it" on the spot.

"The owner of Renova kept a personal interest involved throughout the project.  We explained to him what we needed and our budget
and he came in with several cost effective options including substitution of materials.  There was some time delay in completing the project because of tile sampling and stock on hand.  The only thing we would request different is getting the counter tops ordered earlier as this delayed the project by almost three weeks. Over all his workers were extremely polite and very skilled.   The quality of the work for which we paid was exceptional. Even when we made a mistake on the paint color his worker was able to resolve the problem and still not lose any time on the project.  On the next major project we will be calling Renova first."

"My mst shower leaked into the bedroom walls. They not only built a beautiful stone leak proof shower but remediated mold, replaced drywall & painted. They guys were polite & skilled. I was so please with the work they did that I had them paint exterior of my house! Great job! I would highly recommend this company!"

"It went very well. They are a great group of people to work with. First contractor to  ask what our price point was!!! Very professional and responsive to questions and concerns. The salesman,job supervisor and scheduler all came to the house a few days before the work began to see what we wanted done and make sure we were all on the same page. The supervisor came out to view each stage of the job and was very particular. The actual floor installation was done by European Floors who were also very professional and once again the supervisor came out. They also did some minor tile installation for us as well.
 It was so nice to work with people who showed up on the right day and time with the right equipment who did not have to be phoned every day in order to meet a deadline.
While the floor was being installed a lady who was driving by stopped to ask if she could see the floor. She was so impressed she asked for a business card as they were redoing a kitchen floor. Nice to generate some new business for a super company. We plan to use them again. They get an H for honors rating from us.

"The service went fine. It took me a little bit to get them to come or to call me back. But they eventually came and I got my service and I was happy with it. I did not pay anything more. They weren't responsive initially. I called them several times. I don't know if he was just swamped or if he wasn't coming up to my area. When you call someone you expect a call back. I didn't even get that. But, I eventually got them and they came. I would probably not use them simply because of the responsiveness."
