"I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."

"He came and checked everything. He was very good about his investigation of damage and preparing the estimate. He was good about matching the old brick color which was not easy to do. I was very impressed how hard he worked and made the match of color in the brick and the brick repair. He came back again and again to make sure that the work he provided was perfect. "From the initial contact to the finished product, Creekside Coverings was absolutely incredible to do business with. Shawn responded quickly to our inquiry about building a gazebo with a bar and set up an appointment that was convenient for us. When he came to the house, he was super professional but, more importantly, he was very personable and easy to talk with. He let us tell him what our vision was, and he helped guide us where we needed a little help. I immediately felt at ease with him and knew that I wanted this guy to do our work. There wasn’t a lot of info or reviews out there on him, but I felt like I could trust him and appreciated how well he treated us. As he was working on the gazebo and making our vision come to life, he asked us a few questions about changes to a wall we wanted included and the height of the bar. He never pressured us but wanted us to see things from a different view and I am so glad that he did that because what we thought we wanted was nowhere near as beautiful and spot on as what he suggested! He was right about making the wall only a half wall so we didn’t lose our beautiful view and feel so closed in and he was right about increasing the height of the bar. It was perfect! We gave him a vision and trusted him to make it all come together and he delivered a finished product that was even better than we had dreamed of. Our new gazebo has become our happy place and the place where we spend time with our friends. We’re filling our new space with a ton of new memories and we couldn’t be more thankful and impressed with how it all turned out! Shawn is proud of his work and it is obvious how important it is to him that he makes his customer’s visions and dreams come true. The craftmanship and artistry of his work is beautiful. "We love working with Greystone Interiors. They remodeled our kitchen 7 years ago and when we purchased our new home in November 2013 we did not hesitate to contact Pat Jewel for an estimate. Pat was very prompt in coming over to assess the work and provide an estimate. One of the reasons I love working with Pat is that she has a great eye and provides ideas and guidance on what would look good. Her experience with other customers is invaluable. She knows what will not only look good but will also withstand family living. For this remodel Greystone Interiors again exceeded our expectations. Everything looks wonderful. They did the work quickly but did not overlook the details. They involved us in decisions when something came up unexpectedly. We have received many compliments from friends and family when showing off our new home. We have also asked for a proposal for Greystone to do additional work in our Florida room.

"I was conflicted on this review, as they were very helpful and sent someone out very quickly. I had never used them and had someone I usually use but they were busy and I didn't have hot water until this was repaired. So I went with Benjamin Franklin. Professionalism was a little lacking. I mentioned on the phone that they would need a ladder, but they didn't have one. So they were hoisting each other up and climbing on the top of my furnace room door in order to get into the attic. It was a very dangerous thing to do, and could have caused injury to themselves or damage to the property. I borrowed a ladder from my neighbor after they did that a couple times. The big issue, though, was price. There were two guys there, one of which was clearly a "helper" grade and not an experienced plumber, and they worked for three hours. The only materials used were a gas shutoff valve, a pipe cap, and a small plastic access panel to cover a hole they cut in the wall. The charge came to $853 which is high for the time and materials involved. It turns out they use a "book rate" which means they charge a flat fee for given actions regardless of the actual time or money involved. As an example, the helper spent 15 minutes installing a $5 access panel and they charged me $150 for that specific item. (And, incidentally, the hole they cut in the wall ended up not being needed.) In the end, they did get it to where I could have the gas turned on. The root problem isn't fixed - I'll still have to get the gas line to my garage repaired. I'm happy with the fact that I have hot water, but I'm not happy with the price. If I had known they charged such high prices, I would have waited two days and had my usual plumber do the work. They're not bad guys, they're just expensive and not the most professional outfit. I wouldn't recommend them unless you absolutely had to have the work done right away."

"When providing the installation of my patio and my kitchen backsplash all debris was cleaned up at the end of each day.  It was great to come home and not see a mess of debris and dust.   Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and within the agreed upon cost.  My neighbors couldn't believe how nice the patio and backslash looked.   One neighbor even hired Riverstone Masonry to do a patio for them.   I am very Happy with the service of Riverstone Masonry and would hire them again."
