"Tony was great to deal with. He is very kind and knowledgable. His workers are professional, kind, skilled, and trustworthy. Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)"

The service showed up at the time promised. They quickly got to work, removing screens, washing them, and setting them aside to dry. All windows and tracks were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Screens were re-installed.

The crew was friendly and professional.

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They were an "A". The price was, I actually called around a couple different companies, so I'd give it an "A". The quality was a "B" because they had actually come out. There was a short one of the thing, the guy actually was just here today to fix it and the system wasn't running for about a month. Because of that, the only reason I noticed it is I have in the log on and see that the system didn't seem to be generating any energy. So, actually I have to call them to talk to them about that part of it. When we did have that problem, they were out here pretty quick. I have the system installed on my house so I would use them. I would recommend them to somebody else definitely."
